I appreciate the excellent customer service that was provided during my family and I's stay. The manager/receptionist named Sam is the sweetest guy ever, he constantly makes sure your accommodations are met. He gave me so much extra towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and helped us a ton with charging our Tesla. He was able to help us charge our car despite one of the chargers being broken. He is very professional and not weird! Also, big thanks to the kitchen staff member named Bestie, I appreciate you printing out directions and places for us to go to! The breakfast you made was fantastic and thank you for the cleanliness in the dining room and in the kitchen. Extremely sweet lady! God bless the hotel staff here. Very cheap rates, everything is close by. No complains! (Minus the broken ev charging station)

The overnight attendant tries to claim that our rooms were no longer available because we arrived late. We arrived after a 6 drive to attend the funeral of a family member the next morning. When we stated that our reservation was "check-in 3:00pm and check-out was 11:00 am the following morning, he stated "I've completed my closeout for the day, and you would need to purchase a new room".
This was an absolute nightmare, not to mention illegal!

My room is filthy. The toilet has hair on it, the seat has red spots that should have been cleaned off. The blankets are dirty- not stained, but have fresh spots that have not been cleaned. The hand towels have been used and are dirty. The room is musty and the parking area is busted up and does not look safe. Overall i do not see one redeeming quality about this hotel.
We came into town at 4am with prepaid reservations. We drove 6 hours for a funeral and he initially told us we could not have our rooms. Despite the note i sent when making the reservation and despite the fact that it states clearly on the website that there is no cut off for check in, he refused us our rooms until we insisted that he call a supervisor. Then he tried to give us just one room even though we paid for 2. This is by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had.

The rooms were okay I did have a dirty wash rag behind my bed frame and a old burnt burger bun my refrigerator didn't work and they offer you one bottle of water her room and I had four rooms with 10 guests. They did get my refrigerator replaced quickly and the night staff was very friendly

They charged us for 2 nights instead of one after canceling the before the cutoff time for the second night. They are also charged other fees that no one is able to explain what they are. 5 total charges when it should have been one. Spoke with multiple people. The last one someone who said give it 7 days for them to be refunded. Yet the deposit was the only thing refunded. If they could do that why not the others? From a 138.99 cost that it should have been we were charged over 500.00. Also the bathtub filled up with water when showering. Part of the wall in the bathroom was peeling due to damage at some point. Toilet had pee stains around the bowl on the bottom. Not vacuumed. We were afraid to touch anything. Drawers had stuffed that looked like it was leaking from them. The inside bathroom door frame had a think peanut butter like substance on the door casing.l not a small amount but a large amount. Absolutely disgusting.

Ok, probably will try a different hotel next time.
Stayed a couple nights. The hotel is dated and in need of a remodel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was typical.

Elevator was broken. Furniture in lobby dirty. Place overall cleanliness was poor. TV remote broken. TV channels did not match TV guide making it impossible to find a channel/program. Furniture missing in room making a large empty space in room with nothing in it. Needs a lot lower rating than currently listed at.

I was suppose to stay here for 7 night. First night I get bit up pretty good by bed bugs. When I brought it up to them they just kicked me out and didn’t help out with another room. Then they charged me 2 nights.

This hotel definitely needs cleaning and maintenance! I wasn't acknowledged as a long-time member. Staff were not at the desk to checkin guests. The room was filthy and smelled. Not the best experience. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The swimming pool and workout room were nice. Parking was ok but not the best.
