Average, poor design of clothes drying in the bathroom

The location is convenient. There are 7-11 and subway station nearby. However, this stay was not pleasant. We stayed in a suite on the seventh floor, which cost 6,000 kronor per night, but there were many problems, big and small, which made us feel that it was not worth the price: 1. There was loud music at 1 a.m. on two of the four nights, accompanied by strong bass base vibration. I told the hotel, and they said it was unlikely because the bar on the eighth floor was closed at that time. I can only say that I don’t know where the sound came from, but it has disturbed my sleep. 2. There will be a sound of dragging tables and chairs from upstairs at 8 or 9 in the morning, which is also quite obvious. The hotel’s reply is that the bar on the eighth floor is not open in the morning, so there should be no sound. 3. There is a small refrigerator in the room, but there will be one or two loud noises when the compressor starts in the middle of the night. 4. Cutlery, forks, plates and tableware are provided on the dining table, but the cleaning staff will not clean or replace them with a new set after daily use. Until I put them in the washbasin in the bathroom, the cleaning staff took them away but did not bring back a new set. 5. Because of the fourth point, I needed to call the service staff to get it, but the room service phone was always transferred to voice, so I had to call the front desk. The first response from the front desk was: You need to call the room service. I replied: You know that no one answers your room service, right? ? ? Finally, he said he would help me arrange it. 6. The heating rod for hanging towels in the bathroom was broken and could not be heated 7. There were originally two bathrobes in the room, but the cleaning staff only left one for us after cleaning on the last day, and did not make up the other two 8. The TV was out of order for two nights and could not watch programs normally. One day, I notified the front desk, and they said they would arrange for someone to come up and check it. As a result, no one came after waiting for half an hour. It was late, so I had to go to bed.

這家酒店地理位置還是不錯的，走路去市中心，新港，還有圖書館，博物館都幾百米，這家酒店很多歐洲的老年人來住，早餐種類很多，但不是那麼精緻，房間設施略舊，床單和浴巾也不是那麼潔白，衞生一般般，但由於哥本哈根新的酒店幾乎沒有，住這也是可以的。完全能接受，去機場半個小時出租車。
