Though the room was cleaned, the carpet was very dirty. It was  not vacuumed and lots of dust and  carpet wool was exposed, bad to breathe in this environment. Lucky we were offered a room with balcony to able to open door slightly for fresh air.

Before travelling I had requested a higher floor room with a city view (going on previous suggestions from tripadvisor) and an early check in! We didn't get the early check in but the receptionist allowed us to leave our bags in the luggage room so we could wander for a few hours. We came back and found out we had got the higher floor room, which was the top floor which came with a private balcony looking out over the city!! It was so nice and I'm so glad I made this request because it definitely made our stay at this hotel that much better. Room was a very good size, bed was very comfortable and TV had plenty of channels to choose from - both in English and Danish. With the balcony door shut, you could barely hear the trains going past. We're not the heaviest of sleepers but the trains did not wake us up through the night. During our 2 night stay, did not hear any construction work going on. Breakfast was superb! I would have those meatballs everyday for breakfast if I could. Other options included hams, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, croissants, yoghurt and the it goes on. They also had a waffle maker! Location was very ideal, everything was in walking distance and we had no problem finding our way to attractions or amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again when we return to Copenhagen!

10/10 so friendly staff! Very accommodating and nice! The room was very comfy and clean! Everyone should definitely stay here! Very affordable too!
