Though the room was cleaned, the carpet was very dirty. It was  not vacuumed and lots of dust and  carpet wool was exposed, bad to breathe in this environment. Lucky we were offered a room with balcony to able to open door slightly for fresh air.

The location of hotel were perfect. It is 10-15 min away from City Centre. There a few local grocery shops, cafe or small restaurants. We did appreciate very friendly and helpful stuff. The breakfast had plenty of choice and fresh vegetables, fruits and so on. The room were quite small, but clean and warm. --- We did not like that room did not have day time curtains, which does not respect privacy. Due to small corridor and room size you have to change clothes in bathroom or close night curtains. The room does not have an air conditioning, but we did not need it at all during Autumn season.

Price: Slightly overpriced for a night, 1050 DKK, but included breakfast. We booked through a booking agency website/app, and the checkout time was 11am, but if booked at/through the hotel the checkout was at 12am, that became a major confusion. Breakfast: A great variety of cold and hot options, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, meatballs, bacon, beans and cooked tomatoes. Pancakes, croissants, other pastries, different kinds of breads and charcuteries, cheeses and even smoked salmon and pickled herring. Also yoghurt, fruits, müsli, cornflakes and much more. A large variety of drinks, juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Staff: The reception staff didn’t give us any information about the breakfast and checkout timings, nor where the elevator was or where to go after telling us our room number, the staff only gave us the WiFi password and the room key cards, the rest i had to ask myself. Location: The location was great, close to everything, public transportation, grocery stores, 7eleven, Tivoli, Central Station and more. Room: The room was pretty cold (oktober) but very clean and comfortable. The TV was little and pretty outdated, there was a small variety of instant hot drinks available and two eco friendly water bottles. Two sets of earplugs and one minor set of hygiene supplies (nail file and cotton swabs) in the bathroom. There were loud noises coming from the train outside, but didn’t disturb us that much.
