A scam!! We were totally disappointed, defrauded and ripped off.
At no point did we receive the self-check-in code, we found ourselves in Copenhagen at 2 in the morning on the street, unable to get into the room. We had to walk around the area, tired and loaded with suitcases, to find a place to sleep. After going to several hotels and hostels, we found one with a room available, but the price for sleeping a few hours was the price of a week's accommodation for some establishments. We paid what we had to pay to avoid spending the night on the street.
It is a disgrace that you pay for a service (accommodation) and then find yourself on the street and have to pay again at a golden price for a room to be able to sleep for just 5-6 hours.
The next day we went to the hostel again, to be able to get into the room and there was no reception at all, and without an entrance code we had to make a call (on a Spanish phone) to the person in charge of the hostel (Copenhagen number) to ask him to provide us with the codes.
Since when does a guest have to call the accommodation to ask to enter a room that they have been paying for for months?
If I go in to give my opinion in the super-small space of the room, it would take me a while. Either the suitcases go in or you go in, to get to the other side of the bed you have to go over it, it is impossible to go around it. The suitcases are stacked on top of each other so you don't have to jump on them to access the bed.
