Less than 10 minutes walk from Copenhagen central station. Very good customer service, allow to change room.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating to any request! They really made sure everything was warm, welcoming and extremely efficiently handled. Couldn’t have asked for more. Breakfast spread was simple and good quality. Coffee, tea and snacks available all day was a super nice touch

Great Location! Everything is good! The hotel is very clean ie every corner :-) and the dining area layout is lovely and cosy, love it! The buffet breakfast varieties are decent however fresh and tasty. The only one is not my type - bed is too soft, this is just personal preference.

Location is great. It’s easy accessible to most the iconic places. Breakfast has a good variety of foods. Luxury shower gel/shampoo are a good bonus 🙂

This place is really fun. The staff are really enthusiastic. The place has a nice vibe. The free drink in the evening gets people together and talking, which is really nice. Liked the room decor, and the towel was pure luxury.

Good place to stay if you want to travel to Copenhagen

Close to the central train station, the room is bigger than expected, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. We checked in at 8pm, and they reminded us to go to dinner quickly. When checking out, they asked each guest if they needed to store their luggage. The hotel has coffee, tea and fruit all day long, and there are sugar and cookies in the stairwell. The breakfast is rich and delicious for three days. Choosing not to clean the room is more rewarding. The only picky thing is that the shower room and toilet are separated by a shower curtain. After taking a shower, the toilet floor is wet, but it will dry quickly, so it's not a big problem. The overall cost performance is very high, recommended!

It is an older hotel with smaller rooms, but the location is very good. It is within 10 minutes' walk from the central station. The breakfast is also very delicious. I especially like the direct drinking sparkling water from the direct drinking water machine. The staff is very friendly and smiling! Overall very good!
