It wasn't my first time in Copenhagen but I'm sure that if I will come back again Phoenix Copenhagen will be my hotel. Excellent position in the heart of the city, really close to all the main attractions and metro. The hotel its huge, very clean, the staff super friendly and gentle. In the room the coffee it's free and there is a mini bar that's ok. Really recommended.

The house is in a good central location, but is a bit outdated. The furnishings are okay, but the condition of the rooms is a bit worn. The reception is very friendly and the housekeeping is very helpful.

Excellent location.
Excellent style and top-notch staff.
Bed a bit small and uncomfortable (French double with very soft mattress into which you sank).
Good breakfast but with little variety and for a 4-star hotel more is expected.
