Booked a king suite w / sitting area. Walked in and there were 2 beds, no sitting area. Was told they could bring us a couch the next day. We were checking out in the morning. Then found out that the TV had no cables, no power, no HDMI, nothing. Fridge and microwave no power. There was a cutout on the door next to the lock and the curtain would not close. They wouldn't refund so we decided to just deal and leave in the morning. And then we were going to get some ice and the ice bucket was covered in some oily looking stuff and black feathers. When we pointed all this out, we were finally given a different room. The second room was much better, still in need of repairs, but no creepy vibes. After having to deal with all the weird stuff in the first room the desk clerk was very accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Not sure where to even begin. The staff wasnt knowledgeable about the hotel itself, was told when we arrived the pool was being renevated and we had specifically picked this hotel for the pool, (after looking at past reviews the pool has been being "renovated" since AT LEAST Dec 2024) its very clearly just being used as a storage area as you can see under the blinds on the wibdows trying to hide the fact. The inside and outside of the building were filthy and disgusting. There are CLEARLY people living in the hotel that seem to think they own the place and literally take over. The breakfast was PATHETIC. Waffles.. maybe an apple or two and cereal thats almost empty. Theres a toaster and whn i asked about something to put in it the guy just shrugged at me and said theres a toaster there. The website claims they have all these great things, including omlettes made for you by an attendant. No sign of any such thing. Our room had a broken picture on the wall with a hufe chunk of glass missing from it. The tv didnt work and we had to have someone come in and it took him having to go get 3 different tvs then sitting there trying to set it up. And the only reason he even came to do it was brcause my dad was talking to him outside (he had told the manager but he hadnt said anything to anyone about it) Was just a horrible stay overall.

Old dirty hotel, old dirty sheets blankets smell of mold lack of towels no pool access which was shown on Website. Will not ever go back!!!!!

We had to ask for a shower curtain, dresser drawers were screwed shut, couldn't get lotion out on lotion bottle. The breakfast was a joke. A couple of apples, waffle iron didn't work, no toast. The was a little cereal and coffee.

Floor had not been vacuumed, spiders in webs in three different corners. Ceiling was peeling in both the bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioner was broken so you couldn't see the temperature. Obvious friends or family were dropping food on the floor and elevator and not cleaning it up. Couch was dirty.
