"The gentlemanly front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent service and guidance. The lobby was filled with a lovely fragrance from the burning aromatherapy candles. Since the temperature was still chilly at the end of August, the heating temperature, shower water temperature, and water pressure were perfect, making for a comfortable stay without meals! It was raining in the morning, and when I asked, they kindly lent me a large umbrella, which was a great help! There were also many restaurants nearby that served breakfast early in the morning, allowing me to spend my time productively."

"Our two-bedroom apartment had lovely view overlooking the ocean from the large balcony. The apartment was spacious and clean and had a separate laundry. There was a clothes airer, shopping trolley, pool toys and games for children supplied. The location is ideal as the beach is just across the road, as too is the boardwalk. Tweed Heads is just a five-minute walk and there you will find a small shopping center with the three major supermarkets for your needs. There is secure underground parking and MacDonalds is inside the complex, and there are several cafes outside the comples."

"Garden view was nice. Although, the umbrella base did not fully support the base - quite woobly and could not sit outside under the umbrella. The pool was undergoing repairs - only down side. Otherwise , beds were comfortable. The lounge chair only one and was uncomfortable - did not support large family. Recliners would be great for more comfort. Friendly managers, lovely area. "

"Beautiful views, usually see dolphins and sometimes whales and can see all the way to Surfers Paradise. Friendly staff and apartments are well equipped for cooking for a family. Location can’t be beat, grocery shop, Timezone and movies just down the lift, beach and park across the road. We have had a holiday here annually for over 15 years and will be back again next year."

"Staying at the Marcoola Ramada Wyndam resort, lovely tree lined walkway to beach. We’re in a hotel style room with a small balcony for 6 nights.it’s small and pokey but thank goodness for the balcony. It’s an older style hotel but clean, tidy & the staff are very friendly & helpful. Lovely hotel pool quite close to the Bar & Bistro, where the snacks & meals have been very good. Only disappointment would be the room allocation for 6 nights, a bit cramped but otherwise we have made the best of the situation."

"We had a fine stay overall. The highlights were definitely the location and the facilities - the rooftop pool, BBQs and sauna are fantastic. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated with musty carpets and older furniture. We were also surprised by the lack of some basics - no soap, fresh towels or kitchen supplies were provided. Great for a dip in the pool, however, the rooms could use an update."
