The stay was fantastic! The hosts are hospitable and considerate. The location is good, only 10 minutes' walk from the conwy train station, also not far from tourist attractions. There is a free car park behind the building. The room is clean and well-equipped, and very warm during winter. The bed is very cozy as well. The breakfast was amazing and the recommended restaurants were also delicious. Highly recommended!(A pleasant view taken in front of the house attached)

Lovely, clean welcoming guest house.
Excellent breakfast.
Found the access to parking areas a bit daunting as steep and narrow and very little turning space at the top when other cars parked.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Conwy at the Bryn Derwen. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again

Great first impression. Nice well tendered gardens to walk through. Comfortable and modern room. Attention to detail superb. Things we used in the room were replaced for the next morning. Breakfast was excellent. Quality ingredients and lots of choice. We gained the impression that the owners had real pride in their home and were very focused on looking after guests Would heartily recommend.

A gem of a place, nice comfy room, very quiet, only 5/10 minutes walk to the castle walls.

Amazing hosts, great room , good location fantastic breakfast what more can I say.
Only minor negative the driveway is quite steep recommend you park in the bottom 2 spaces on the road if you have a small low car or low spoilers !
