Comfort Inn & Suites Conway

Ok hotel No issues except there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap. Our room keys stopped working twice and the elevator wasn’t working when we were there, but the stairs weren’t bad and they had air conditioning.

We made a reservation for two nights as we were coming in from FL for a funeral. As we arrived, the front desk employee was outside vaping, he made eye contact, I spoke to him, and then he still kept us waiting 1-2 mins. before walking in. After taking my ID, phone and email, he then informed us the only room left was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't work. He said the website is corporate and they have no control over what they advertise. I asked why he couldn't call pending reservations to make sure that was ok for them. By then, it was after midnight, and we had to pay close to double to get a room at a nearby hotel b/c it was too late to get an online reservation anywhere. Shameful.

Not a great experience Checked in about 3:30pm on Thursday May 8th. Was told I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out! I asked if something else was available as I was old and fat (joking but not joking) and didn’t want the 3rd floor as I had luggage and a big bag and laptop to carry. Was moved to the 2nd floor. The room seemed clean. Part of 1 of the curtains was hanging off the rod, the office chair was peeling. I couldn’t get connected to WiFi. The employee on duty asked me to come to the lobby and he gave me employee access because guest WiFi wouldn’t work. Went to a wedding the next day. When I got back to my room, I noticed I had fresh towels. I didn’t expect that and thought that was nice. I stripped off to take a bath and saw there was no soap. I called the front desk and asked for soap. I was told she had several to check in and I would have to come get it myself. What I would have loved to of heard instead was “I will be happy to bring you some as soon as I finish checking in the guest here at the desk.” I normally stay at another name Hotel but choose this one because I had family staying there. I will NEVER return to this one again.

Hole in bathroom wall, lack of electrical outlets, very cramped, very noisy until midnight, "hot" breakfast was cold and soggy, apples only fresh fruit, never could get my pc connected to the wi-fi,. We won't be staying here again or recommending it to friends.

There are two CS hotels in Conway. This CS is located at 705 Museum Rd in Conway, AR on the north side of I-40. Easy access, but entrance can be easily missed. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Hotel amongst other hotels close by. Plenty of sit-down restaurants within walking distance. Nighttime outside security provided, well lit. Cons. Hotel undergoing major renovation by day, quiet at night. Indoor pool inop due to recent (few weeks ago) freezing temperatures. Floors down to cement, a few walls can see studs. Breakfast room in conference room. Not enough food. Ran out of yogurt, milk, scrambled eggs. What was there was cold. Waffles were good. Overall, not impressed with breakfast. May be under very new management.

Clean room and comfy bed. Decent free breakfast. Easy parking. Close to a Walmart, restaurants and highway. Great value and nice staff. Definitely would book again if staying in Conway or driving through. Safe location too if that’s important to you.
