Motel 6 Conway, AR

Great Stay My husband and I enjoyed ours stay,I will be returning when I come back to Conway.The rates was Excellent for the 6 days that we stayed. I would just like to tell the Staff thank you for everything

It was a clean hotel with decent bed, but they don’t provide with basic things like shampoo, conditioner, and a dryer. No coffee maker in the room, either. Breakfast wasn’t provided either, but Starbucks was right next door, so it didn’t bother me much. I would be more prepared if I ever use this hotel again.

Hotel rooms should not stink. I have always liked Motel 6 -- till now. Not again. First had a surprise of a XXXXX damage fee this hotel collected up front when we got there. Got the room through '*******', which I would rather go through the hotel. There was no idea of these on '*******'. Next the young cashier was not even friendly about the check in. We got there an hour early, OK we should have been able to check in, and they make sure the room is ready. She would not even discuss it. We camp and travel a lot, that was a first. When we did check in, the room --stunk--. OK it was a smoking room because I needed something cheap. We were there for my wife's medical treatment. But it should still smell good. We went back down to the desk. And another better manured person was there. Wife told her we wanted to cancel the room and get a refund. She did call the manager, who said he would get us the refund. We went to another hotel, now at home. We will see how long to get the refund.

After driving all day, the last thing we wanted to do was drive to get dinner. There were so many restaurants nearby and the weather was great so we walked. It was really nice.

Pleasing It was a good stay. Staff were professional and polite. I we will be vack.

Super kind staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms, easy and well lit parking, walkable to lots of dining options.
