I have been coming here to or 20 years and they have NEVER disrespected. We have stayed in all room types as well as the cabins. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always there to help. The restaurant is warm and inviting with great food. Close enough to all that North Conway offers yet far enough to escape and relax.

We have stayed at the resort a few times over the past 30+ years! Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable, too. Breakfast was good. My husband appreciated the coffee and cookies available at check in, too. We look forward to another stay soon, maybe in one of the cottages on the river. We’ve never stayed in one of those. We enjoyed a quiet stay!

We loved our cabin by the water! Location of the property was great for all our touring of the area and surrounding towns. Breakfast was great each morning!

Very nice Inn in North Conway. The room and bathroom were clean. Nice dining room but short staffed. Dinner and Breakfast were good. Very good service. Air conditioner in room a bit loud.

We were given a room with stained carpets , the room stank and the tiny bathroom was out of the 1970’s. The Manager was confrontational and refused to give us a refund Worst hotel I’ve ever visited in the USA

To start with the good! Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our room was upstairs in the front of the inn and they offered to carry our luggage upstairs. Grounds are clean and enjoyed sitting outside. Unfortunately, the room was small and cramped. The attempt to make the room seem quaint just cluttered the room making it small. Room had a slight musty smell. The biggest issue was noise! Being in the front and on the main road, the traffic noise was horrible and loud. We were told coffee would be available at all times, but in the morning coffee was out and there were no employees around. There were several people looking for coffee. Breakfast was an additional cost, which we paid to be able to eat before traveling again. Breakfast was barely warm and just ok! We really wanted to like this Inn based on reviews and pictures, but for the price we paid and the accommodations we had, we were very disappointed!

This was a great spot to visit friends in the area and have some space of our own to rest and unwind. Our toddler loved the playground and running around outside, and the grownups loved that the toddler could sleep in the lofted area and we could get some space downstairs. Hoping to come back in the future!

We had a loft with second bedroom on top. The stair were steep with no handrail on the open side. Food and service substandard
