Não conseguimos nos hospedar pois estávamos com nosso filho de 4 anos e tivemos que voltar para casa a 250km de distância as 23hs da noite pois esquecemos a certidão de nascimento dele e não fomos ressarcidos do valor pago nem nos ofertaram uma nova reserva para outro dia!

Umas das piores estadias que eu já tive. Fiquei hospedado duas semanas, em quartos diferentes, e em quase todos os dias eu tive que trocar o "cartão" que abre a porta do quarto e que aciona o elevador. Chegando tarde do trabalho, cansado, tendo que descer quase todos os dias para a troca de cartão porque NÃO funciona ou para de funcionar. Isso é muito estressante. Teve dia que só de descer pra tomar café, ao voltar o cartão não funcionava mais. Lençol da cama manchado, dando a entender que não passaram por higienização.

Ao me preparar para deitar encontrei um elástico de aparelho ortodôntico no lençol, sugerindo que não trocaram a roupa de cama após checkout do hóspede anterior. Hotel bem localizado, porém cobra caro pelo padrão de serviço que oferece. Uma decepção.

Situado as margens da rodovia BR 020 e silencioso. Sendo um bom local para descanso e continuar viagem. Quarto com tamanho pequeno, limpo e confortável. Bom preço e pessoal atencioso. Oferece jantar e café da manhã por fora da diária bem preparados.

Hotel confortável, muito limpo e bem localizado para quem está em trânsito entre o Rio e Brasília. Oferece estacionamento fechado gratuito. Quartos básicos e impecáveis na limpeza e arrumação. Tem buffet no jantar com comida caseira bem feita. Poderia ter mais opções sem glúten e sem leite. Destaque para o funcionário Igor da recepção: muito prestativo e educado.
