Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conroe North

The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was dirty. We would have left once we came in, however there was no refund option or cancellation. The front desk guy was super rude at check in and you could tell he had no concern. We had to stay because I can’t drive at night due to my astigmatism. Definitely won’t be staying again.

I rate this place a 4/10 it's a clean place and ONLY the staff is nice, but the price is too high and not much to offer. There is no pool or hot breakfast yet the rate before taxes is $123.00 maybe higher! I had to stay here for a month in a half and the manager felt like $100.00 a night was still enough for this property. The gym has 3 machines in there and only 2 works. For long term stay the rate should be 50-60 dollars a night until he can upgrade or have more to offer. I understand hotels compete on rates, but the other hotels have more to offer, and I understand pricing for the other hotels. I simply feel that this hotel is only high due to the "competition" in the area which is NOT many. Also, while staying here I didn't receive all my points because the manager did my reservation under the names of my family members that were with me. I'm a Diamond member and never did he ask for permission to take any reservation out my name. And when asked why the names were changed the front desk rep could not give an explanation. Hopefully Wyndham customer care can be of assistance on getting my points for the nights he changed. I was only here due to an organization and NOT having a car. If I had it my way, I would been left this hotel due the high pricing and not enough quality. Thanks for the little help you did offer but no thank you. Great location ,very clean rooms and bathrooms ,close to Highway, easy and nice check in and check out, very quiet at night time…close to fast foods and restaurants…Safety Parking lot highly recommend

Nice Cold room, but hard beds, stains on the carpet, showerhead falling apart. The say "Light" breakfast but you had a choice of a Honeybun or Oatmeal to eat nothing else. You could tell the hotel was older and had not been updated in a while

It could have been cleaner and in better repair. The location is extremely convenient, though, and for the price, I would stay here again. The internet wasn't the best for a conference call but I was able to participate.

Sorry to give a review like this I give credit where credit is due I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and family the girl on the second shift from night to morning her phone was more important than me being her guest anytime I'd ask her something she would kind of roll her eyes because she was texting her friend but a customer standing in front of you is just as important as a person standing on the phone so she needs to go back to ethics class and take care of her customer to the fullest and not roll her eyes and make rude comments.

Be sure to remove your room number which they tape to the key card in case the key is lost or stolen. This is a security risk if anyone finds the key they can go directly to your room. Not much for breakfast, but otherwise its an OK stay. I'd stay there again if the need arises.

Everything was quite and comfortable. Front desk was very nice and quick. My room was very clean and easy access to the exit door. Parking was very easy and close to the entry door. Breakfast was easy to get to and house keeping was very attentive.

Roaches & pictures to prove it! They were crawling around all over. I even had one crawl on my damn left hand. Stains on the couch & wash rags looked dirty. After I first got into the room and settled is when the bugs started to appear. If it had not been 4am and me being tired and my ride had already dropped me off I wouldn’t have stayed the night
