Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Conroe Near the Woodlands®

We had a double queen bed room for three of us overlooking the lake. There was everything you needed in the room, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc… Outdoor Swimming pool, and gym which we used. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Conroe and the room was fantastic value for money. Good breakfast options and a little shop for essentials. Across the road form a service station and amenities also. The only thing missing was a bar.

would have given this. 5 star review and was planning on staying there again until I was lied to. I relized after I left that I forgot my bamboo, cooling body pillow. Not a cheap pillow. I called the night associate was nice and said he couldn't check until housekeeping comes in in the morning. So I called in the morning the lady at the desk said I will call you back in a few minutes when they come in. Didn't recieve a call. No problem. Called again the lady said they were in a meeting. No problem just call back when they are done. Never recieved a call. So decided to just stop in there. When I got there she went to housekeeper and said they have it and washed it because it had urine on it in front of another customer. I said "I HOPE NOT". I surley don't urinate on my expensive pillow. Now granted it wasn't perfect but when I get home it was no where near clean. It had food on it stains on it. It was nasty dirty. I would have understood if they said sorry we threw it away but we can get it out of the trash. But to lie and say you washed it and it had urine on it. Come on now. That's ridiculous. Definitely not happy with the way they handled that situation. I would say it's more the housekeepers lie then anyone else but frustrated that the front desk said it had urine on it. And not returning the call a little frustrating.

This has to be my favorite hotel in the area. I have stayed here many times and plan to stay here many more. Favorite part of the hotel has to be the breakfast. Rooms are always clean and well kept. Reception has always been friendly and I can safely say if I have ever had an issue, it was resolved in a timely manner.

The front desk team was wonderful, courteous and polite. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean, bed super comfortable and temperature just right. All in all, a very memorable experience. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

Everything was great! Fairy was very professional and helpful throughout the whole planing of my trip! The rooms were very clean and the front desk was very professional, but the furniture felt outdated. I will definitely recommend this property.

Do NOT stay at this hotel if you have a trailer. Had to check out of the hotel around 10:15 for fear of having my truck and trailer towed. Other truck/trailers were taking up many more spots, but they were not asked to move. There was ample parking even with my truck/trailer using two spots. Hotel staff did not offer any solutions. Nowhere on the website or at the hotel was it posted that trucks/trailers were not allowed to park.

Shower broken, hardware dangling from wall and water would not shut off. When reported, we were asked to leave for 8hrs so could repair. No apology or discount for inconvenience. Were told “at least we didn’t sell the room we changed you to.”
