Not sure why they say it’s a 3 star hotel but I am pretty sure everyone seeks a great service and comfort when they are away from home and that’s exactly what we got. I am stuck to Homewood, if they are in all parts of the world they are my go to. It was a 5 star for me. From staff to cleanliness to food, to location. Come try it out!

Clean and well-maintained. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Breakfast included. Staff at desk was helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

We have stayed in many Homewood's, and found this chain to be one of the best for spacious rooms (suites) and overall service. This one is located just a mile or so from Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Concord Mills outlet mall. There are a great number of restaurants just a short driving distance from the hotel (mostly comfort food and fast food places). Our two room double queen suite was, as expected, very nice---two TV's, nice walk-in shower, etc. The free breakfast was fine, fitness room good, and there is a nice outdoor pool. One unique feature here is that they have a basketball court outside. Overall, another very nice stay at a Homewood.

Everything was great except for two items. 1. The in-room coffee maker was broken.
2. The "free breakfast" was pretty much the generic type that you might get at a lesser hotel chain. At these prices you should get fresh scrambled eggs and actual sausages and real bacon. The fake bacon and soy sausage took away from the experience.
Otherwise the facilities and staff were excellent.

Our room’s bathroom got clogged on second evening. I asked for help and they handed over plunger which I am not supposed to do. I did it but didn’t help. So they told me they can ask their plumber to do next day until we have to use first floor general toilet which is lame excuse . We asked them to give us different type of room we will adjust they we had new room even though we had paid more for better room.
