Wingate by Wyndham Charlotte Speedway/Concord

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Love the location room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the stay this is the second time we have stayed. Great job

Visited Concord for SMX event. The thing most notable was Stephanie at the front desk. She was clearly having a bad moment because of systems issues, but not for one second did she let that reflect on her customer service. She was pleasant and humorous while we checked in despite the issues she was dealing with. The room and lobby were clean, but the facility could absolutely use some TLC - it's pretty dated and shows its age. Room was average but priced accordingly. Served our purpose for a couple nights and we would likely stay here again.

Great staff, we loved the fact we couldn’t hear the people next to us, unfortunately the room smelled like it was doused in Fabreeze ( we had to go get a neutralizer spray as it was very strong) and the bed (king) had dips on both sides, so it wasn’t the most comfortable.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. This particular branch won me over; I will always try to look for a Wingate by Wyndham wherever I go!

This hotel front receptionist Perry provided an outstanding experience from start to finish, Perry displayed genuine friendliness, attentiveness, as he went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Perry spoke highly of the owners of the hotel stating the time and care they put into to the atmosphere to make each guests feel welcomed and belonging; which I found perry statement to be true by how clean and well kept the hotel grounds were and how they carefully hand picked their staff. My interaction, from check-in to daily assistance, was handled with professionalism and warm smiles. The amenities were top-notch, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return! Thanks for all the hard work that is put into this brand creating a trustworthy place to stay. I'm looking forward to returning ☺️.
