This stay at the Concord Marriott Hotel was really great, beyond expectations, the breakfast buffet was great, the milk, yogurt and bread were of very good quality, and there was 24-hour coffee, and the breakfast buffet also had fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. It was really great. There was a small kitchen in the room, which was very convenient for cooking something for yourself, and it was also equipped with detergent, a washing machine and a dryer, which made it very convenient to wash clothes. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be that the air conditioning and refrigerator in the room were too loud, which made us often sleep poorly at night. Other than that, everything else was great. If I go to Concord again, I will choose this hotel again without hesitation

The hotel is very new, the room is very comfortable, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is one of the more delicious free breakfasts. Everything was originally a good experience...but I booked a one-bedroom suite, and the wardrobe in the room was blocked behind the bedroom door, so I forgot to check the closet when I checked out, and there was a set of clothes hanging in it that I didn't take away. I found it that night and immediately contacted the hotel and they said they didn't find it. I went there in person the next morning and still couldn't find it. I called to confirm a week later and still couldn't find it. Because it can be confirmed that the clothes are 100% hanging in the closet, it can only be that someone took it away. This closet needs to be placed in the sheets, quilts, blankets, etc. needed for the sofa bed in the room. We must have put them back after using them before, so I don't think the cleaning staff will forget to clean up the closet and cause it to be taken away by the next guest. So, so, everything is beautiful. I was depressed for a long time because of this incident. I can only remind everyone to check more when checking out.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen with an electronic stove, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher and a small bar, making it suitable for families. The famous Walden Pond can be reached by car in ten minutes from the hotel. Very good experience.

My friends and I stayed in May and absolutely loved our visit. The premises were very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be coming back! Ruby was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout our stay, making everything easier and more enjoyable.
