Days Inn by Wyndham Concord

Bed linen need to be up dated. The room was very clean,bed very comfortable . Shower head needs to be changed or cleaned. Fairly quiet court yard.

Absolutely awful customer service. Had an old card on the reservation and didn't realize it so it declined when it went to charge. Instead of calling me to get a new card, they just canceled my reservation. When I called back, I asked why they didn't call me to get a new card and he just "to be honest, we don't even have to call you" and then tried to charge me $80 extra to rebook. They jist wanted extra money.

The room was clean and comfortable. Linens and bedding were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service was fast and friendly. It is an Older and old-fashioned hotel format, but that’s reflected in the affordable price. The spa was more of a Small pool. If I had a little kids or if it were hot, it would’ve been a refreshing dip. It was clean. Overall, I would recommend recommend this hotel for someone who needs to be in the area and going out to things. It was a great homebase to have.

Clean comfortable rooms with very cozy clean bed. We were working with our family at a three day event. It was lovely to come back to a clean shower and bathroom. And a clean bed. It is a good Days Inn. We missed the spa for two days because we worked too late but they kept it clean and one for us!

Falsely advertised The owners were at the check-In desk , they seemed nice. I asked about the pool and breakfast. They said they had breakfast, but no pool it was an oversized spa. The room was ok the walls were kids grimy , but the bedding was clean. The breakfast was cold cereal and a waffles you needed to make. Which weren’t that good. We had to ask for more towels 2x. You also must need to ask for them to clean your room during your stay , they didn’t clean our room after 4 days. We mainly would have liked if they would have at least emptied the trash and brought us new towels. For the price I guess it wasn’t horrible, I would not stay there again.

Great bed! Don’t count on the pool. The most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I’ve ever stayed in! I slept so well! Breakfast was nice, they had a waffle machine plus some sausage patties and eggs along with croissants and other continental breakfast items. Only plain creamer though, no flavors. My only problem was that while structurally the pool looked like the picture it was dirty with debris and I think mold and also the hotel website says pool and hot tub but I didn’t see a hot tub just the small pool.
