This hotel and Jessie are horrible. The general manager who dismissed every issue I had at the time should be fired and not transferring locations. This hotel is horrible. Stay here if you enjoy pink mold in your shower. Or just mold in general with dirty sheets and unclean water I give this hotel an F

We stayed on July 4th for one night. Lady who checked us in was accommodating, polite & we appreciate her giving us all the Marriott Bonvoy’s perks we are entitled to as higher tier members. Room was comfortable & everything worked. However, we had an issue with some of the things related to the cleanliness of the room, and when I went back to the front desk, they had another lady on duty, who was dismissive, had an attitude & denied me speaking with the manager. She was still there the following morning & her attire partially revealed cleavage when she was leaning forward or moving. Just like any Courtyard by Marriott, hotel had a bistro, which we did not utilize, because we decided it would be a better value to go out to breakfast. I really appreciate pool & hot tub being functional during our stay. All in all, this was not the best experience ever, but certainly not the worse & we would most likely return if our travels would bring us to the area.

Could not be more dissatisfied with this hotel, which is unfortunate because I’m a lifelong Marriott customer. Unpleasant front desk staff when I had an issue, and management would not work with me toward any type of refund when I did not stay there either night. Booked the wrong hotel by mistake and honestly would not have stayed there otherwise; outdated and very poorly renovated, dark and dreary hotel.

Incredible service and amazing hotel. There were so many amenities and activities. I had an amazing time with family and friends. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great.

Well the doors were falling off the hinges and mildew in the bathroom needs a lot of updates pool needs to be redone,spa.

Nice hotel, but no amenities. Netflix didn’t work the evening we were there. Bummer.

The hotel has been renovated but that is where the good news ends. The staff is far less than welcoming. Complimentary coffee is available only on the weekends. A cup of coffee otherwise is $4.50 - outrageous! What they call housekeeping is available every other day - but then they supply clean towels & empty the trash only. No clean sheets, no vacuuming, nothing. The staff at their bistro is surly and less than customer oriented. The bathroom sink area is small, barely room for a toothbrush. There are none of the usual bathroom amenities. The hotel pool and hottub are filthy - absolutely discussing!

Hotel was ok. Multiple Black hairs in our tub upon arrival . Pillows are super flat and uncomfortable. Extremely rude woman at the front desk. Found out she was also rude to 2 others in our group as well. Another front desk lady was nice as can be and we loved the area to sit in the lobby and enjoy snacks and drinks with friends. Rooms were clean and nice other than the tub.
