"This hotel is in a great location with sea views, we had a sea view balcony room. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have air conditioning which we weren't fully aware of, it is pumped air but this didn't help cool the room down in the hot July sun, we had to have the curtains closed. Luckily as we were driving we had small fans which were on permanently at night. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and breakfast buffet. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had breakfast one morning which was okay but we didn't feel it was value for money so only had it once. It is a spa hotel so has spa facilities, indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor one is more spa orientated with jacuzzi bubble areas but there is a swim length pool used for the aqua cycling classes. There is a restaurant next door, plus a bar and a cafe/bar in the opposite direction walking. We also noticed a Creperie truck on the grass opposite in front of the beach some days. There is a large car park."

"Conveniently situated. Clean. I guess reasonably priced, but AWFUL welcome. Arrived at 2.30 pm to a sign on the door to say hotel closed until 3.30 pm. Looking through the glass door could see three women chatting inside. One of them came up and through the door told us to come back - we had booked well in advance. No sorry. No smiles. No communication skills (I am fluent in French. Really spoilt our stay there. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Brittany, this is the only hotel which didn't require feedback. I wonder why ??? No other recent feedback that I can see. Let it be a lesson to me anyway never to book without seeing some recent positive feedback."

"3-star hotel in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, the walled city and which benefits from a closed and secure parking (8 € / day). The hotel has been recently renovated in light, modern tones. We had chosen a standard room with shower which is their first price, the whole is rather small but well arranged without loss of space, maybe enough for a W-K but otherwise you can choose the more spacious ones and having a bathtub. The room is bright, clean, with a large bed (comfortable), courtesy tray, hair dryer, safety deposit box, reversible air conditioning, electric shutter plus blackout curtain, for those who like to sleep in the dark it is perfect. You are in the city, so in the morning you have to count on the noise of the street, but nothing prohibitive, especially since the window has double glazing. The buffet breakfast is quite correct and complete, very good revisited jam (my favorite pear / chili) fruit juices and hot drinks are served at the table by a smiling and very pleasant staff. The owners come to greet you and are available to give you some advice for visiting the city and the region, so do not hesitate to ask the manager who is inexhaustible on the history of her city, thank you for her shared knowledge."
