Good service. Decent food for a hotel as well. Breakfast is a little better than at the Noom. Two problems were that the treadmills and other equipment in the gym are broken, and the gym is way small. The gym at the Noom is better. Also, there is a strong, horrible odor on the 5th floor and in room there which the staff must notice, but no measures taken during the week which is not normal. The odor resembles a decaying animal and needs to be addressed. Also, it’s time for a hotel in this range to be renovated: new carpets, paint at a minimum. The Noom also needs to do this.

Un accueil très chaleureux,avec du personnel très sympathique et compétent et toujours à l’écoute . Un site très agréable ,des chambres propres spacieuses et idéales pour un repos optimal. Le petit déjeuner est fort bien achalandé ,la carte de room service variée et complète. La piscine est les extérieurs sont très agréables également. La vraie valeur ajoutée reste le personnel qui est parfaitement professionnel. Seul bémol la salle de sport qui mériterait un prompt rafraîchissement.

Very nice hotel, magnificent swimming pool and gym with what you need. Very professional, warm and very efficient staff. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bedding. Very good breakfast. Near airport and small local market. Very good service.

I can't count the times I've been to the Palm. Whether to eat, relax in the evening, organize a symposium, relax, etc. each time I am more than satisfied with my experience. The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, smiling and polite, the food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant and you feel safe there even if you have to find your way there at the same time as certain individuals decide to escape from prison! :) Management is present, talking with people and making sure we are satisfied (special salute to Victoriano!). Stained carpet and cushions, unironed and stained tablecloths, dry bath towels because they are too old, poor breakfast buffet with low quality products, untrained staff. Everything is cheap. There are many other hotels in Conakry that are much better. Not recommended
