There's no way to get an invoice for the amount actually paid by Trip.com.
I received a first invoice with a lot of errors, including a breakfast that wasn't taken.
The next day, I asked for a proper invoice, and they refused to issue it with the actual amount paid...
This ruined my experience.

Goed vernieuwd hotel. We zijn niet vertrokken met de elektrische wagen maar er is wel een mogelijk tot opladen op de parking hebben we gezien. Kamers zijn netjes en badkamer valt ook goed mee maar je ziet dat het een renovatie is. Goede bedden en basis ontbijt. Je moet soms wel wat tijd hebben vooraleer ze aanvullen. Voor één nachtje of doorreis zeker oke!

Extremely rude bar person/receptionist. My husband went to buy a drink from the bar. The bar person who was also the receptionist just sat there and would not acknowledge him . Then rudely said I’m coming when he politely asked if she was serving . Then continued to extremely rude. Very poor customer experience.

Advertised Spa & Sauna which was not working at the time. General Manager did apologise and offer free breakfasts etc. The GM was extremely nice.

Et rigtig dejligt og flot hotel. Det eneste var at flere havde deres hunde med til morgenmaden og med i buffeten, det er ikke særlig lækkert og ej heller godt for allergiker.
