There's no way to get an invoice for the amount actually paid by Trip.com.
I received a first invoice with a lot of errors, including a breakfast that wasn't taken.
The next day, I asked for a proper invoice, and they refused to issue it with the actual amount paid...
This ruined my experience.

I appreciate very nice staff,breakfast was standard,nothing very special.2 types draft beer behind bar. Very comfortable sitting oursite.Room was small with average bathroom. I recommend this hotel for short stay during business trip.

Extremely rude bar person/receptionist. My husband went to buy a drink from the bar. The bar person who was also the receptionist just sat there and would not acknowledge him . Then rudely said I’m coming when he politely asked if she was serving . Then continued to extremely rude. Very poor customer experience.

Please don't read the old reviews. This hotel has been expanded and the existing one completely renovated to become a 4-star Junior Suite offering memory foam bedding and mattress toppers. The height of comfort! Small bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Nespresso tea and coffee. No mini fridge. A beautiful breakfast offering a great selection of hot savory dishes and then smoked salmon. An excellent welcome. Ample free parking. A substantial catering offer of reheated dishes. An agreement with 2 adjoining restaurants with discounts.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed. There is a bar and a pool table. Really nice. There are also restaurants nearby.
