Secluded Lakeside Location: Our A-frame cabin sits nestled among trees, right at the water's edge, offering unobstructed lake views, beautiful sunsets, and a private escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life Modern Elegance: Step inside to discover a cozy and tastefully decorated living space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows that fill the cabin with natural light Perfect Getaway: For quality time with loved ones enjoying trails and other popular attractions The Space: ========= The main level features a comfortable living area with mid-century modern seating. The dining area with panoramic lake views sets the stage for memorable meals, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing delicious feasts. There is one bedroom with queen-sized bed on the main level along with one full bathroom Upstairs, you'll find a serene loft and a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a picture window framing the lake view. You'll also have a small working desk in the loft along with two plush west elm lounge chairs The lower level walkout basement offers an entertainment area and sleeping quarter with two queen beds Parking is on premises which can easily accommodate up to three cars Outdoors, a new addition of a huge deck in the front facing the lake to enjoy four season's views. There is a picnic table and gas grill are available for guest use Note: Guests coming with larger trailers for the events at the nearby NJ Motorsport Park may have trouble parking or maneuvering through the driveway. NJMP allows you to leave the trailers at their facility until 11 pm, the night before the event. Lake access is governed by Lake association. With that effect, unfortunately guests are not allowed to use lake for fishing, Kayaking activities. The private piersite across the road is also not for the guest use. However, there is a small public beach, few steps down the street which guests can access when it opens up during the summer months. There will be a minimal beach tag fee collected by lifeguard at the beach For any questions about your stay, please feel free to contact the host. Attractions: ========= Home is ideally situated within a very short drive of NJMP, hiking trails, charming historic towns, fishing villages, Jersey beaches and many other local attractions, making it the perfect base for adventure or relaxation House is less than an hour drive from Philadelphia and roughly 2.5 hrs from the New York City. Popular South Jersey beaches are only 45 mins. away Apart from enjoying lake views, there is so much more to explore in historic Millville and Vineland vicinity. Guest Access: =========== You'll have full access to the entire space. We do have few utility closets in the basement and two sheds outside that are kept locked for storage purposes, but otherwise you’re welcome to explore. Home is equipped with smart locks to give you stress-free check-in access Other Details: =========== While you’re here, enjoy high speed internet with mesh network, OLED smartTV in basement with popular streaming apps, a shelf with various board games A dedicated work space on the 2nd floor loft which you can use to take those office calls while enjoying beautiful lake views from the loft Please note that, as this is a vacation home, two Ring cameras are present outside the house. If you are not comfortable having outside cameras, unfortunately this place may not suit you.
