"We spent a few days at this recently opened resort. The villas are amazing: large, comfortable, spacious, with air conditioning/heating, accessible bathrooms, a porch, a garden... wonderful. It has a pool, sports courts, a paddle tennis court, a restaurant, and a beach bar that was almost empty these days. We'll have to publicize it. Prices are on the mid-to-high side, but it's worth it. A delicious buffet breakfast is included. As for criticism, we have to say that the price for bringing your dog (€20/night) seems excessively expensive, but hey, it's worth paying for. I would also include a small clothesline in each villa to dry swimsuits and towels in the sun (instead of the clothesline in the shower) so the wooden railings don't get damaged. Also, some dishwashing supplies (scouring pad and detergent; you can use a new one with each visit, and I don't think it will affect the bottom line). The staff is super friendly. We will return and recommend it. The music in the restaurant and breakfast room was especially appropriate…very low and very, very quiet."

"The hotel was in a nice location and the restaurant was very good the back patio along the river was a highlight the rooms were small but met my needs I appreciated the front desk help and the morning breakfast’s were excellent. My complaint was that It was impossible to take a shower and not flood my room. There is clearly a known problem that the hotel hasn’t bothered to take care of because I could see the rotted baseboards near the bottom of the outside of the shower from many previous floods. The wood was damaged and peeling away from the wall. They didn’t seem to care when I told them. It wasn’t nice that they didn’t tell me to be careful if this known issue when showering so I didn’t have to step out of the shower and use every towel in the room to mop up all the water."

"Upon check-in, the front desk inquired about the Michelin dinner we had booked, which was delicious—I'd give that a perfect score! However, the breakfast experience was terrible. We had a reservation for 10:00 AM and waited at the restaurant entrance following the signs. There was only one staff member, and she was extremely busy. When she saw us, she told us to wait a moment, so we waited for 15 minutes. We were tired of standing and sat down to wait, and only then did she ask me, "Were you waiting for me?" During those 15 minutes, two other customers went straight in to eat, and the staff member served them first. Until 10:30 AM, there was still nothing on my table; I had to get my own cutlery and menu. Finally, I started eating my breakfast at 10:45 AM (I only ordered three simple boiled eggs). By the time the food arrived, all the other guests had finished eating and left. I don't understand why I was treated so poorly."
