Good hotel option.

Very nice new facility but some serious design flaws the kitchen area. The hot food delivery is not safe the breakfast items eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. are kept inside a sort of heated server that requires you to reach your arm inside it. Actually the food was warm was not hotand the economics of getting the food out of the container was that Best cumbersome

Nice hotel but customers yelled at the top of their lungs in the hallway ALL NIGHT LONG. A call to the front desk at 9pm to report it didn't provide any confidence it would be taken care of. It continued until after 11PM. Again at 3AM the yelling in the hallways continued. Foul language, anger, on and on....Another phonecall to the front desk, only this time, the desk didn't answer. At checkout, the woman was nice and said "Oh yes, I think I know who you are talking about" when we mentioned the yelling. She stated they've had problems with people renting a room and then calling their friends over and they have parties. Well, if it's a KNOWN PROBLEM, then why is it still going on? We had just driven over 9 hours and had another 9 hours to go the next day. We just wanted a restful night. But that didn't happen. We called management when we got home and they gave us a "case #" and said we'd hear back from them in 2-3 days. It's been a week and a half now.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a recent trip to Columbus and I can’t say it was a pleasant experience. Bathroom lighting was very dim, TV in our room didn’t work, elevators were broken so we had to take stairs to the top floor, and food items for breakfast were expired. But the major problem I experienced occurred during checkout. I couldn’t use my Hilton app to checkout because I was told that I had to resolve some issues at the front desk. When I went to the front desk I was questioned by the clerk about the identity of my girlfriend and asked if she was traveling with me. Really? Being questioned about someone traveling with me to be allowed to checkout? I was stunned that someone would ask something like that and my girlfriend was absolutely insulted at the questions. We’ll definitely stay elsewhere on our next trip to Columbus.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The room and facility were clean and well maintained. The breakfast each morning has plenty of food and a decent variety. I wouldn't not hesitate to stay here again if we were going to be in Columbus.

Not sure I'd stay here again. First room (day 1) the refrigerator was dripping water inside, switched rooms before unpacking. Second room (day 3) the carpet was wet. Repacked to switch rooms. Third room was ok. After the third switch I only had 2 more night, so I accepted the room as is. I found it odd that there's no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo and shower gel. My credit card was charged for the full amount on day 3 of my 6 day stay. Other hotels I've stayed at charge at the end of the stay. (Kicker: They put someone in the wet carpet room 2 days after I switched out of it. They had no time to dry the carpet.)
