This was a great centrally located stylish hotel. Went with a friend to a concert in the area. Room was clean with a great view of downtown. We enjoyed the bar in the evening and the snack stand. Definitely would stay again!

I booked a rate including breakfast, but the Hotel doesn’t really offer breakfast. You could choose one item (see photo attached). This is not what I expect when breakfast is included at a hotel — very disappointing. The hotel shouldn’t offer rates including breakfast.

Before arrival I sent message to hotel via the app that I have a feather allergy and required a feather free room. Upon arrival I asked the person at the Front Desk if they saw my message. He replied yes and said I was in a feather free room. Once I emptied the room, I took off my jacket and started feeling the tingling an allergy type reaction to something in the room. My feather free room had two feather pillows. I threw the pillows into the hallway.I called down to the front desk to let him know. I should have been put into another room, but instead I had to take 3 Benadryl to be able to sleep and not keep scratching my arms and legs. This place is loud, chaotic and definitely not a place for a business traveler.

Had a great stay at the Aloft Friday night! All areas of the hotel were clean and welcoming. Friendly front desk staff with easy check in process. Loved the decor and comfort of the bed/pillows in the room. Hallway wall sconces were a beautiful touch, as well as the Marshall speaker in the room. Was staying in this area for an alumni function at Ohio State which was just a short uber from the hotel. Great location! Zero complaints! Highly recommend for any fellow alumni or Ohio State parents looking to stay near campus

Stay somewhere else.
I’ve never had a room that literally looked like it was falling apart.
The bathroom door would get stuck and not even close properly, there was makeup stains all over the glasses in it room, no trash bags in the trashcan, the seal on the shower door was falling off so water was everywhere, toilet paper holders couldn’t even hold the toilet paper, the couches had weird dust all over it. There room was a total disaster. Last time we had 0 issues. After this start I won’t be staying here again.

Everything was great, stayed here before.Just one problem, have to ask for housekeeping, to do my room on a Sunday. No staff available rooms should be cleaned every day
