Quite close to Convention Centre. It only took me less than 10 mins to walk from Hotel to Convention Centre.
Also, you have a variety of food around the hotel.

Nothing special about this hotel. I think the quality has gone down since Hilton took over in 2024. The Ohio State motif feels forced. Uncomfortable common area and cramped room. The bar is dirty and cheap looking. It’s the only place to eat. Staff is not inviting. Lots of better places to stay in Short North. Also, the rooftop shown in the photo is not available. Very misleading.

I've always wanted to check out one of the Graduate hotels. We were in Columbus to attend a show at the Schottenstein Center, and I wanted to stay at a nice hotel near the Short North. The location of the Graduate may be it's best feature if that is where you want to stay. It's right in the middle of Short North, and you can easily walk around the area. I felt safe there, and the valet parking cost is comparable to a nearby garage, but you get in-and-out privileges with the valet. The hotel itself is older, but the decor and theme is cool for an Ohio State fan like myself. My wife also appreciated the charm. Our main detraction was that coffee was not offered in the lobby in the morning. I can't remember a hotel where that wasn't the case. There is a restaurant attached to the building that is open for coffee and breakfast, but it's not included in the room rate. I can understand breakfast not being included, but no coffee (not including the instant coffee pouches in the room) is surprising, especially for a Hilton brand. We went to a local place for coffee and breakfast instead. I'm glad I got to finally experience this hotel. I might go back, or try to stay at the Hampton Inn a few blocks down the street where I know what I'm getting.

Although getting to the valet parking was a little confusing, we walked into the hotel lobby and were impressed with the decor and the feel. That's where it ended. The desk clerk, while polite, was matter of fact and barely spoke to us. Not welcoming at all. The elevators were filthy and the hallways were uninviting. The room was cramped, but cute. Bathroom small and tight. Twice had to search for a valet to retrieve our car and checkout was as ungracious as check in. Will not return when there are much better options nearby.

The hotel has so much history and character. The front desk staff were knowledgable and able to tell the history of each art piece, decoration or detail in the hotel. The rooms was clean, well maintained and very quiet. The pillows were 10/10.

Started off fine. Checked in on Saturday- room was clean and check-in process was fine. On Sunday we went to Columbus Zoo for entire day and come back to a room that was untouched by housekeeping. Called front desk and they sent housekeeper who arrived with a huge attitude. Went to front desk to ask what happened and they were very unapologetic- pretty much told us oh well- “we’re busy” expecting housekeeping service is an after thought at this location. Will not return or recommend.

The room floor was dirty, and there was hair in the shower. The bed had a pillow and a blanket for decoration that were not washed after each visit. It's nice in the lobby, but the cafe closes early, so if you need anything in the afternoon, forget it.
