We were so happy with the location of this hotel to all the restaurants and the concert venue! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The location is perfect right in the heart of downtown and connected to the convention center. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. I especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the on-site dining was a plus. Everything about the stay was convenient and enjoyable. Would definitely come back!!

We came for the anime convention. The convention was awesome! Plenty of great people, cosplays, and the staff were excellent! The hotel was great! The staff were friendly, helpful, and we just had a great time with absolutely no problems!

The hotel was right where the event I attended. The staff did a wonderful job asking me questions about the kind of room I wanted and the level of service I needed. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city which was really relaxing. This Hyatt location left a positive impression on us and I highly recommend!

Nice hotel and everyone was really helpful. Walked to campus close to 3 miles to watch the OSU game. My only complaint is I wish there was a Regency Globalist Lounge. COVID has been done for years. Way past time to start offering it!

The FamilyLife Weekend To Remember was held here in the Regency Ballroom for 2025. The staff took the best care of our guests. The ballroom is amazing. We can easily double our capacity in future years. The Hyatt Regency is a one stop shop for events such as our Weekend to Remember marriage getaway.

The staff and amenities were mostly acceptable, but the checkout clerk failed to review the charges with me. When I got home and saw the email receipt, I discovered several nights of valet charges, although I did not have a vehicle. It was a lot of money to overcharge a guest.

Staying at the Hyatt, especially during a convention, is just ao much fun. There are wonderful dining experiences, lots of walking around and shopping, lots of fun to do with the convention, plus the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are really nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
