Great hotel! Perfect for a conference at the convention center. Relatively clean and easy to work with staff

The front desk is friendly and polite. They say good morning to customers. Location is perfect if you have conference in the Hilton and Hyatt convention center. But the building and decorations are truly old. There are some machine noises, maybe from water promo, all day and night along, cannot sleep without earplugs.

Road warriors will recognize this property as a former Holiday Inn Express which has been dumbed down. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean. HI Express bedding remains. Hallways and bathrooms are acceptable but tired. The location is very good for the convention center or Nationwide arena. Amenities are spartan to non existent. There is no breakfast offered of any kind. Two vending machines at the check in desk are the extent of any food. BE AWARE No walkable CVS/7-11/Convenience store or Fast Food options of any kind. Breakfast is an issue if you do not have a car. Only option for sundries is the exorbitantly priced store inside the Hyatt 2 blocks away. Staff are pleasant. Beware that this property actually fully charges your card the $50 incidental fee PLUS a scammy upfront $6 safe deposit fee. You must actually ask for the $6 fee to be refunded at checkout- very SUS. Most hotels only hold Pending for incidentals then charge only what you use. This property fully charges your card then refunds. Also shockingly early check, even 15 minutes early into a nearly empty hotel, cost $25 which is ridiculous at this level of property. An average, clean 2 star hotel with good location

I was charged an additional $73 for deposit and parking. Its been 2 days and I still have not received it back.

Place was clean and literally 4 minutes from the convention center! Was perfect. Flat Iron Grill is in the parking lot. Great place good food too!

Red Roof room was clean and comfortable but not luxurious. There was no security chain or fold out door block. Otherwise, the facility is accommodating and close to the arena district.
