Room was nice but toilet had fecal matter left from previous guest. Bathroom showed signs of not cleaned. Staff said they would remove parking charge but did not.

We have stayed at this hotel before. This time we were in town for our toddlers surgery the following day at nationwide Children’s Hospital. From the moment we checked in, until the time we left, the staff was amazing! They made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!!!

We were here for OSU homecoming to visit our son who is in grad school. Great hotel and great location. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. We had a king room that was absolutely fabulous. Nice seating area with pull out couch can easily sleep another couple of kids if you're a family traveling. Very quiet rooms and comfortable beds with great bedding! The included breakfast is great--tasty, hot and fresh. The Kick-Back is also really good--drinks and food--of good quality and quantity. You won't have to take the kids out to eat--and maybe not yourself! The location is also quite good--you can easily access High St. and walk it if you don't mind a relatively flat sidewalk lined with bars, shops, etc. Campus is probably about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised at our hotel experience. They offered free dinner and three free drinks in the evening (with decent liquor - not cheap bottom.shelf brands!) Dinner was pulled pork sandwiches, cole slaw, mac & cheese, hot dogs.. So nothing gourmet but actually very good, for a free meal! Hotel was very clean, definitely secure, And all the staff were very friendly. Good location downtown by High Street/Short North as well (lots of restaurants/bars nearby.) Husband and I were there to see a concert at Kemba Live, which was within walking distance (A 10-minute, safe walk at night.) Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.
