Place was disgusting, front desk associate did not speak English. Workers stand around in the phone in front of your door. Workers also come into your room when you are not in there, and unannounced location is very scary and run down

Checked into the room, dropped off bags and took off for a concert. Got back well after midnight and just crashed. Woke up to see the smoke alarm sealed in plastic and when looking for the coffee maker found cabinets with actively growing mold. Reported to the front desk and sent multiple emails including a review, which they responded to with a generic, computer generated thank you for your review. Highly disappointed in lack of concern from the property owner and from Wyndham corporate. Rooms look nothing like their website pictures. Stay at your own risk.

Excellent facility, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond. Entire stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and would happily stay here again myself!

DO NOT BOOK HERE
The hotel was not to the standards that were presented online. Upon arrival it was rundown, pool was covered with debris and leaves, the hotel room itself had bedbugs and roaches. The tub looked like it was not properly cleaned. I had booked a studio suite with a sofa bed and initially got a 1 single room until having to go back to the front desk.
Upon opening the sofa bed, there was not a new sheet, but yet the old one was balled up and it was covered in food and crumbs. The mattress itself had crumbs as well.

Nothing is to like about this place the exception of clean towels. The pool is not open, basketball court is not complete. The room smells of mold. This is more an apartment complex than hotel, and should not be advertised as a hotel for guests. Had I not pre-booked room we would not had stayed the night.

Everything was clean, comfortable . The staff was amazing, When you travel for business it is always great to deal with people that smile, make you feel welcome and are always pleasant. They were kind and very helpful, and I would only stay there if and when I return.

Was it the best, no. Was it the worst, maybe. I get that it was an older place but it could have been cleaner and smelled better.
