Service was great, the lady that checked us in made everything work out even when we were late for check in due to a delayed flight. The facilities were clean but the building itself is older. The food was sufficient.

TV in the room didn't work. Changed rooms and other room was stinking very bad. Shower wasn't working Good. Lighting was bad and air conditioner was terrible as well

The hotel is as expected. It is clean, has a microwave and bar size refrigerator / freezer, comfortable bed, air conditioning works. We don't use the TV so can't comment. The internet is adequate. It is a typical Super 8 which means it is pretty basic, so the rating of 3 means it is just basic, not that there is anything wrong with it. It is good value for money, and since it is the only hotel near here, the location is appreciated! For us, the issues are that the bed is way too high. At 5'6", I find it difficult to get into since I have the stand on tip toes to get in. The sink has no place to put anything. The breakfast is very limited (no protein), but adequate. The location is good if you are going to be going over BearTooth pass or traveling in this area.

I am not one for a lot of fluff. Sometimes things are very simple and very good. I have had occasion to be in Columbus, Ohio quite often. I have stayed at different hotels in the area, some were good but over priced and some were lousy and still over priced. I finally found one that is priced well and they do their jobs well providing a clean, comfortable room at a price that makes sense. The Best Western, Columbus Airport is just the right balance of everything you would want and need in a hotel with a price per night that will not bust your budget. Everything a traveler could need is available within the hotel or very close by. The rooms are spacious and modern. The air conditioning actually works. Breakfast is hot and delicious. There is a laundry on site and if you need your Mc Donald s fix, there is one right across the street, same with Wendy's, Jimmie John's, pizza and a few others. Public transportation to other areas of the city is steps from the front door. The staff is pleasant and accommodating all for under 100 per night! I will be a devoted guest for every occasion I have to be in Columbus, Ohio. Thank you Best Western, Columbus Airport!

The front desk staff were great! The rooms were mostly clean. My first room was a pet room with a terrible cat urine odor and very sticky carpet. I was moved the 2nd night to a non pet room which was great. We had difficulty on checkout as they did not accept Best Western Gift cards or split bills for 2 couples sharing a room.
