Everything is very good, but why is it that breakfast is clearly included, and I asked the front desk after checking in, but they told me that it was not. Although they also wrote me a breakfast voucher in person, I booked for a week and only got one day 😓

Your Hilton Team Member Patrick, not only prepared for me a wonderful omelet his smile was contagious, he was kind courteous and actually enlightening. I received such great service , I was compelled to share. Patrick is a bonus to your delicious food and nice environment. I’ll come again , Great service is hard to find .

A spoiled experience! The heating/cooling system was not working in my room--would not go above 66F. Turned it off for a bit to warm up the room, but the noise from neighboring rooms forced me to turn it back on. Also the refrigerator did not work. I rang the front desk at 10 p.m. After being on hold for 19 minutes, I gave up. By the morning I was cold, with over $30 of spoiled food. House keeping started cleaning a room across the hall at 7 a.m. I realize they need to do their job, but wish they could shut the door at that hour. Called downstairs at 9 a.m. to request late check out since I had a business call that morning at 11 a.m., which is check out time. I was on hold for 31 minutes before I gave up. Though the stay experience was very poor, Rose and Aleja at the front desk and Semy at the Starbuck's window were friendly and helpful. Five starts for them!
