Sonesta Columbus Downtown Reviews

Everyone we interacted with was fantastic- bar staff, valets, front desk. Best place to stay if you are visiting the convention center- the skybridge is not temperature regulated but still super convenient for traffic related reasons. The food was great and took virtually no time at all to prepare if you called down and ordered. I don't believe there was room service. There was water in the lobby and microwaves on the first floor around the corner from the elevator but not within the room.

It was perfect location for us to walk to nationwide arena!!! Actually much closer than I was thinking. Nice room

I loved this place so much everything was perfect ❤️

They took very good care of my mother who was disabled. It was a closed off walk to the convention center which was perfect. They also helped pack the car. There is also elevators everywhere so if you cant climb steps.

Perfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy

Food wasn’t done from the restaurant…. It was late at night, which I was thankful for but the hamburger was raw… the tacos were extremely hot with no warning as well…It was really nice place and located in a great area!
