Tru by Hilton Columbus East Broad

We had an absolutely terrible experience at the Tru by Hilton. We did not sleep at all during the two nights we stayed, which left us so miserable that we ended up canceling breakfast plans with family and heading home early. When I tried to bring this up to the front desk, the agent, Zebib, was extremely unprofessional. Instead of listening, he blamed us for not coming to the desk to request a room change—even though we had events and time constraints that made us resort to wearing earplugs. His response was rude, argumentative, and completely lacking in customer service. To make matters worse, I had to ask three separate times just to get a copy of my receipt because he was more interested in debating than helping me. His attitude and lack of professionalism are the main reasons I will never return to this property or recommend it to anyone. It’s not always about the problem itself—it’s about how the staff handles it. And in this case, it was handled very poorly.

Great place Very clean, great condition and excellent staff. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Thr location was convenient to many restaurants with easy access to the freeways
