The Junto

Free breakfast!That’s was the perfect start to my morning. The waitress that was there was very kind. Not to mention, the bedding was VERY comfy. The lobby was spectacular😌. It is the perfect place if you need to work, have a little chat, or just relax, an appropriate environment for any hotel. The interior was exactly what it looked like in real life. Service was excellent 👌. Christian, the valet worker who was there during my stay was very kind! He was helpful and was so sweet whenever we had to leave or when we came back! My family and I appreciate his work, making this trip very satisfactory. They even have a water dispenser that I thought was kinda cool, which could dispense sparkling water🫧. Exceeded expectations compared to the overall rating. When there was a minor problem for one of the rooms, they didn’t hesitate at all and gave us a new room right away. It’s great for vacation but even better for business trips and or seeing a love one! My family and I got all that we needed, so I recommend this hotel if you’re thinking about staying in Columbus. Undoubtedly in my opinion, 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drew and Dom at the front desk were amazing! They went above and beyond to create a great experience. Jeff at the Trade Room bar was an amazing host and bartender. Did a great job of creating a wonderful vibe. The hotel staff in general are amazing, and do everything in their power to ensure a great stay. The hotel stay is immaculately clean, and perfectly decorated!

Our first time to Junto this past weekend and it turned out to be a wonderful stay. The hotel is well kept, modern and very cozy at the same time. Everyone loved the nook by the window and we had the city view room where we could see COSI from right across the street. It was so pretty at night too with all the downtown lights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Have to mention Julia at the front desk. Julia was very personable, considerate, kind and understanding. She helped us to get COSI tickets even they had some trouble that weekend with tickets. One time I was in line waiting to return the bikes from the gear garage (another great thing Junto offers!), I could not help but noticed the guests before me arguing with Julia and the assistant. I was so impressed of how patient and calm Julia was with the loud and aggressively speaking guest. Julia was smiling and listening, trying to offer accommodations. And that went on for a long time! Personally I think it shows the quality of the staff in this hotel. Nothing is perfect and the world could always use a bit more kindness and patience. Thumbs up to Julia! I did a lot of research before booking Junto. I would say they lived up to the expectation. My kid needed some scotch tape for his craft and asked the cleaning lady, a few minutes later someone sent the tape to the room. That was so kind! Yes it was a very small detail, but it shows the staff is doing their best to make sure the guests have a good stay. And we did!! Thank you!!

This was our second great stay at The Junto. Based on our first experience, we decided not only to stay again for our son and daughter in law’s wedding weekend but to recommend the hotel to many other wedding guests and to host the rehearsal dinner at the Brass Eye. The staff is what really makes The Junto experience top notch. There is always someone around to offer friendly help, from the parking attendants/doormen to the housekeeping staff and everyone in between. Drew was warm and accommodating upon our check in and throughout our visit. Kaitlin was responsive and helpful throughout the Brass Eye event planning process and Cassidy and staff during the event offered impeccable service and made our hosting duties so simple. I would recommend The Junto to anyone hosting an event in Columbus.

I recently had to opportunity to stay at The Junto Hotel in Columbus, OH. My stay could not have been better! From the time that I checked in, Danielle G. was incredibly accommodating. She walked me through the hotel's history, met all of my business stay accommodation needs, and went well beyond what was expected by staying after her shift ended to provide a full hotel tour (because of this I will be hosting our team's work retreat at The Junto later next month!). I sincerely appreciate the superior hospitality, and look forward to making The Junto my Columbus work home!

This was my first time to stay at this property and it was a unique and outstanding experience. The whole hotel is unique and well presented at every turn. The room was very nice and the shower outstanding. The people make the experience though. Simply pleasant and helpful at every turn. I strongly recommend staying here on your trip to Columbus. Truly exceeded expectations.
