Hotel was pretty clean and staff was friendly; however my young daughter scalded her hands on the water in the bathroom sink. Her hands were only under it for 3 seconds. The handle was set to slightly hot of neutral not full hot. We filed an incident report, and gave us burn cream. We spoke to the staff and the maintenance team said nothing was wrong and that it was operating as per normal. This response is unacceptable and doesn’t seem to be up to code. We are not happy with the response as this might happen to someone else. Photos for reference. We are STILL waiting to hear from the general manager as we left a voicemail days ago as well as emailed her. We never heard from the supervisor of the hotel as I followed up and he knew nothing about the incident. The lack of response for an injury on site is absurd.

Not a great experience. Car broken into despite being in a well lit area in front of hotel. There were multiple vehicles that were hit that night! We learned that this is an on going problem that clearly needs to be addressed. Elevator not working properly. Had to call front desk every time we needed the elevator to pick us up on our floor. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked on our door early morning long before our check out time. Will not be returning!

Was staying here for baseball and the first two nights were great. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was very good. However nearly 10 vehicles had their windows smashed in and items taken from them. This appears to be a recurring issue at this hotel and they have yet to do anything about it to protect their guests. If I knew this would happen we definitely would not have stayed at this hotel.

Pretty average; best part is the large rooms- the 2Q studio suite with sofa bed is a good size. However overall the bathroom is very old - lots of mold around the caulking of the tub etc. The beds were comfortable and the fridge etc was fine. The breakfast was ok. Lots not replenished- no regular tea, just herbal. The pool is very large. And the hot tub was nice too. So it had its bonuses. I can see how parking gets to be an issue later at night when it’s full- but I don’t think it was full.

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of space. Breakfast is good. Only issue i had was the desk chair was broken in the room and not safe to sit in.

Hotel was nice and clean. Good service and decent breakfast. Although, my truck was broke into in the parking lot and no cameras on the lot. Not their fault for the thieves, but having cameras would help out everyone including the police

Plenty of parking, lot was well lit. Front desk was friendly & helpful. There was a problem with the elevator call buttons (they were fixing it when we arrived) Staff moved our room to the first floor & gave us a discount for our inconvenience. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, toiletries were provided, shower had good water pressure & was hot. Pool & hot tub area was very nice & clean with plenty of seating & towels. Breakfast was good with a good selection. The coffee station was fabulous and the coffee was so good. Everything was fresh & the attendant kept on top of everything. The only negative thing I have to say is that our curtains in our room needed cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. They do offer small frozen foods, ice cream, soda, chips for purchase. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a weekend trip to Columbus. We wanted to see the zoo and go to Cosi. Great distance to all along with the mall to go to Legoland. Good convenient continental breakfast was a plus with little ones. Staff was very friendly and we loved having a pool and hot tub to enjoy. Facility is a little outdated, but overall a very nice place.
