Hilton Columbus/Polaris

The coffee in the lobby is not free like the Homewood by Hilton in polaris, my room has a broken floor and I can literally pull out ceramic tile. The bed is great, i have an office desk it's also a good value. My shower door is defective it's really hard to try to close it.

The Hilton property is very nice and clean. The check in was quick and I was thanked for being a Hilton Gold member. Parking was $10, but I was ok with that. They had at least two security vehicles on the property at all times. The room passed by blacklight test. I couldn't find any issues. I was on the top floor and didn't hear any outside noise or noise coming from the hall. The room felt spacious. The shower had plenty of pressure. As for one comment I read here on Tripadvisor, the shower door was a little hard to close till I realized I was using the wrong door. If you are eligible to enter the executive lounge, it was large and snacks were good. Water and pop was free, but the adult beverages were at a discounted price. Breakfast also in the lounge was free. I highly recommend staying at the location. There's plenty of seating outside.

We just had the perfect couple's getaway at the Hilton Polaris right before the holidays, and it really hit the spot! Our stay was peaceful and fun, and the hotel offered some great features that made our time there enjoyable. One of the highlights was the shuttle service that took us to nearby activities, and we loved exploring the bustling Polaris Mall, which felt refreshingly lively post-COVID. We managed to finish our Christmas shopping and then kicked back in our room, indulging in room service multiple times because the food was delicious! We booked an executive king room and were pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade upon arrival. The layout was nice, with a separate bedroom and living area connected by a hallway, and each space had its own TV. The big windows provided lovely views and make it a great option if you and your partner enjoy having some personal space—perfect if one of you is an early riser while the other stays up late. For us, though, we realized we’d prefer to share the same room, so we might opt for a traditional room next time. The workout facility was also a nice perk, giving us a chance to stay active during our stay. Check-in was smooth, and Michael, the doorman, provided exceptional service that my husband said he hadn’t experienced in a long time. We were surprised by the true continental breakfast in the lounge and appreciated the constant access to water and other beverages throughout our stay. The nightly reception was a bit sparse, but we had dinner out, so it didn’t really matter. Overall, we’re definitely planning to make the Hilton Polaris a regular stop for our Ohio weekend getaways!

Good location. Should have free coffee in the mornings instead of charging $2.00. Same for transportation form Airport to hotel. Already paying high daily rates!

The hotel is supposed to provide a comfortable stay to sleep. This was not achieved. The room being governed by a thermostat kept it warm all night. The staff advised that it works when you are in the room but the temp never dropped below the 73 preset temp even with me trying to set it lower. Please give control back to the customer. I would like to sleep.
