Room condition a little rough
Bathtub looked dirty; it turned out to be a stain. The lamp shades were beat up and leaned a lot. Room had some blemishes. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The housekeeping visited my room every single day for a week and missed absolutely nothing! Perfect service! The front desk lady by the name of Rebecca is a absolute pleasure to work with checking in and gathering information for getting around locally!

The check in staff was very polite and I could tell that the property is in the process of renovation. So although my review may not be stellar I have high hopes for them. In the morning I had a hard time finding the staff for breakfast service help. The breakfast was not what I was accustomed to with the old LaQuinta I was used to. Hopefully Windom will make the improvements needed.

They are in the middle of a remodel. There were mattresses and furniture piled in the lobby, etc. The room was in desperate need of the remodel. The worst part was the old ripped carpet was sticky. The staff was effecient and friendly. The breakfast was good.

Everything was fine as we checked in we were told the hot tub was out of service, we did not stay anwere rod we would be refunded our money. We are still waiting on said refund

I came in around noon to pick up keys since I was in the area and front desk wanted to charge me $30 early check in! I’ve stayed in many hotels in the past that would never charge a fee! My a/ c was very loud the entire time. Front desk was definitely not happy to be there. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. I think with all the construction they should probably be offering better rates and stop being greedy with fees.
