I have stayed in many hotels over the years and never have I experienced such a comfortable and accommodating hotel experience. I had to come to Columbus IN for a week's stay to help a family member in need. Because of the friendliest and warmth of the staff, cleanliness, and all the amenities needed (including a fitness room) I was in a better place both physically and emotionally to be able to help my family while staying in the area. I would like to especially compliment, Zach, the manager. I watched him in action as a leader, treating his staff with respect as if they are his own family and accommodating all guests with warmth and positive energy, and always greeting people by their first names. That is a rarity in the hospitality industry today! I also would like to recognize, Karla and Christian for their excellent service at the desk; Misa, for his infectious smile, kindness and work ethic; Monica, Melissa, and Richard for the excellent display and variety of breakfast choices, and the entire housekeeping crew, who work so hard to keep this facility sparkling clean. Whenever we are back in Columbus, we will definitely be staying here at Home2Suite by Hilton.

Stayed here a few times! Always great customer service, friendly and helpful! Decent breakfast. This is my go to place when in the area!

The smoke detector flashes every few seconds and was directly in front of the bed. Very annoying when trying to sleep, especially since the flash is very bright.
The bathroom does not have a fan vent. So much steam and dampness added to the room after 2 consecutive showers.
The room was, however, very clean. Beds comfortable.

Property was clean and modern. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The coffee was outstanding! We drank decaf at night and regular in AM. Nice to have it available in lobby. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have used Home 2 suites many time due to large rooms size for a family. This great location right off hwy 65. Place was filled with groups of young teens running around everywhere. Guess there is a baseball tournament in area. I would check if any events if you want a quiet night.

Good location near interstate with lots of restaurants near by .Friendly staff ( specially the young gentleman on reception forgot his name ) . Breakfast was above average as compared to similar Hilton brands . Overall good . I enjoyed my stay with family.
