Cleanliness of the hotel. The friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. Loved the French toast on my last morning!!

I have stayed in many hotels over the years and never have I experienced such a comfortable and accommodating hotel experience. I had to come to Columbus IN for a week's stay to help a family member in need. Because of the friendliest and warmth of the staff, cleanliness, and all the amenities needed (including a fitness room) I was in a better place both physically and emotionally to be able to help my family while staying in the area. I would like to especially compliment, Zach, the manager. I watched him in action as a leader, treating his staff with respect as if they are his own family and accommodating all guests with warmth and positive energy, and always greeting people by their first names. That is a rarity in the hospitality industry today! I also would like to recognize, Karla and Christian for their excellent service at the desk; Misa, for his infectious smile, kindness and work ethic; Monica, Melissa, and Richard for the excellent display and variety of breakfast choices, and the entire housekeeping crew, who work so hard to keep this facility sparkling clean. Whenever we are back in Columbus, we will definitely be staying here at Home2Suite by Hilton.
