Kelly & Lisa made our stay amazing. Best customer service, super sweet and they made sure everything was perfect for us. I don’t see this much hospitality anymore. We loved the hotel but they were a huge part of that. Friendly, accommodating and truly caring to anything we needed. Great job Marriott you have 2 outstanding employees!!! The absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed. Grass in bedsheets, overcharged for room and a complete nightmare trying to resolve room rate issues. Incompetent staff including the general manager. No customer service and if you have a problem the hotel creates, no resolution. Far below Marriott standards. Do not stay here, there are much better options in Columbus.

First, I walked in to obtain a room and was “somehow” given a first floor room extremely close to parking. I believe the lady at the front desk noticed I had an injured leg. The free breakfast was very good. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely priced. The bathroom was very clean too.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Lisa, Abby, Ali, Kelly, Martha and Robert the maintenance guy were extremely helpful and accommodating to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend a friend to stay there. It would be nice if the gym had a machine that would allow you to do multiple exercises.

Great staff! Stayed 19 days on business and they hotel was great, bar open at night. Coming back next year. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. They let us cook out as a group and provided what ever we needed. Hotel team was professional, caring and kept our stay enjoyable.
