Hyatt Place Columbus

My stay was pleasant! One of the staff members went the extra mile to retrieve a piece of luggage that I left in the parking lot. I called to report it and she had already retrieved it and kept it until I returned to get it. Her act of kindness will not be forgotten!

Everything was great when I walked in expect for the air being out. I asked about the air in the room and was told that the air works. However the fan worked NOT the air. Wasn’t able to sleep good because I. Kept getting hot and it caused me to get up and down all night. I would definitely return however the air would have to be working.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless and clean. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved the staff !

The room was a great quality for the price. I’d definitely return. The only thing missing in the room was a microwave, that would have made a great addition. Breakfast was good and the time allowed was better than other hotels as well as later check out.

I stayed here for two nights for a business trip with my 7 month old and 18 year old niece. We were greeted by a gentleman as soon as we walked in. I had originally booked a King room but they did not have one available at the time we checked in so I was offered a double queen room at no additional cost. I was also offered the option to choose which floor I would like to stay in which was great considering going up & down an elevator is not convenient when traveling with a baby so the first floor was the best option for us! The room was spacious for the three of us. It was cold but felt a bit muggy at first - we were able to adjust after a bit. You could also tell there were some features that needed updating like the stainless steel on some of the appliances was oxidizing. There was no way to adjust the TV angle, the channel options were limited and no way to display wirelessly from another device. Also, when we went to shower, the water wasn't cold cold. It started off warm (more on the hotter side) and then only got hotter from there. Other than that, our stay was great! The breakfast was good, the internet was fast, and the beds were comfortable. All of the employees were also very welcoming and nice.

The rooms were impeccable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was great also. The staff member that served breakfast made my colleagues and I feel like family members.

The staff was super friendly and would stay here again just for them. My room on the first floor has some damage to the door and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The ice maker on floor 3 doesn't work either. The people make the place, but the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. I would stay here again because we have a child at MSU, but certain aspects are going to need a refresh,

Hyatt Exceeded my expectations and also my family had nothing but good things to say upon me recommending this hotel for our family!!Family loved hotel and will be staying here again everytime we visit Family!!

it was An easy distance to commute to one from work. I really loved the complementary breakfast in the mornings also
