Asked for wash rags and was told to use the large towels to shower. Hair in the bed. Mold on pillow cases and bed. There was a tick or something attached to my toe after showering. Bugs all in the pool. No plain cream cheese for bagels. This was a terrible hotel experience for me and my kids. Not even a partial refund was offered for my room after bringing it to staffs attention.

My wife and I have stayed there before and the experience was less than satisfactory. We decided to give it another try because most the people who work there are very friendly and kind. The previous stay was the end of May into June of 2025. That stay, we had to move 2 times over our 10 day stay. First time because the shower was flooding the room when we used it. Second time because they shampooed our carpets without warning and it was very wet, and the third room worked fine. We were however charged our pet fee again and never reimbursed. This last stay in November 2025, the elevator was down all five days and we were on the third floor. We were offered a room down lower, but I did not want to take the chance that they would double our pet fee again. If they could work out the problems, it would be a fine place to stay and again, the people working there are wonderful!

Enjoyed our one-night stay.
For our one night stay, we found our room to be spacious, very clean and comfortable. Even though our room faced a busy highway, we found it to be very quiet and the bed very comfortable.
