I work in media and stayed at this hotel after covering the Auburn-Georgia game on Saturday 10/12/25. I was charged for multiple extra nights without ever asking for an extension. When I called to resolve it they claimed they refunded me, but then I received a new charge for another night and the manager Phil refused to speak with me. They are running a credit card theft ring. Don’t stay there. You’ll have to go through hours of red tape with your bank’s fraud prevention service. Oh, and the AC at the AC doesn’t work. My room was 76 in October despite having the air conditioning on as low as it would go.

We have stayed at this property twice and had a most enjoyable stay both visits. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The lobby and bar area are very modern and comfortable. The gym was efficient. The only disappointment was the parking charge. Our first visit a few months ago did not require a fee. This visit was a $15.00 per day parking fee. It would have been nice to waive the fee for Bonvoy members, especially as the parking lot was virtually empty during our stay and no one appeared to even check vehicles. That was a disappointing charge for sure.

Yes, choose this place-
From the scent in the lobby to the comfort of my bed, this hotel is top notch. Bonus it’s next door to a must visit modern Mexican restaurant. 5 stars all around.

Quick work trip booked via the Bonvoy App. Nice AC downtown close to the restaurant we booked. Upgraded room via bonvoy. Clean place, great service Lobby AC bar has a solid bourbon selection and makes a good manhattan with a Big Rock. Solid choice in Columbus

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Excellent Stay!
Perfect location if you’re visiting a soldier at Fort Benning — just a short drive from the base. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered complimentary morning drinks, which was a nice touch. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again!

The motel location was very convenient to venue I had to be at the for the entire weekend. The host was very helpful with a particular situation I had . If I ever come back to Columbus Georgia I would most definitely be staying again.

This was my first time staying at the AC property. I have stayed at many hotels and enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially Keleigh (Kelly). She went above and beyond to explain the amenities, things to do and see in Columbus. My room was very clean with a microwave and small fridge. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because it was expensive and was not appealing for my breakfast style. There were many other options in walking distance from the hotel. Note: Next door to the hotel is a good Mexican restaurant with tasty food.

This is the third time we have stayed for our annual visit to Columbus. It has remained in nice condition. All staff were helpful and friendly, rooms and open areas were clean. This hotel is in a great location for walkable city. Only negative? Hard floors mean you can hear everything from floor above.
