I arrived at the hotel and checked in, but when I went up to the room, it was completely different from the photos online. Everything was dirty and run-down. When I inspected the towels, I noticed they had women’s hair on them. I went down to complain, and the front desk staff responded with attitude, insisting it was impossible to believe I hadn’t used the towels. They even claimed their system showed I had been staying there for over 15 days—when I had literally arrived only 20 minutes earlier! It seems like they hadn’t even properly checked me in. The hotel is infested with cockroaches, and every area is filthy. They allow dogs in other rooms, so at night I had to listen to constant barking. On top of that, there was a lot of noise coming through the walls. I will NEVER in my life stay in a place like this again.

Upon my arrival the front desk was closed off. The area where the clerk sits behind the desk/counter top enclosed with storage unit type door.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Pictures are extremely outdated. The room we were first offered had both windows open and didn’t close all the way, bathroom and room smelled like vomit and whiskey, appliances were rusted out, and missing cabinet doors. Second room we were offered the windows still didn’t shut properly, the latch on the door was broken, and shower head was also broken and leaking. Oh and if you want a refund or to cancel your stay you can’t it’s against their policy.

Very Average Stay My husband and I had a brief stay here during a power outage at our home. The staff was nice. The rooms were not that great. The stovetop is extremely old. The vent fan didn’t work. The outside of the refrigerator had discoloration. And the carpet was covered in spots. If you just need a place to lay your head, this is in a great location. And the beds were comfortable.
