Bed bugs found in room 403 on checkout morning. Staff confirmed their presence but the manager won't return my call. I had to call her and let her know because staff apparently didn't tell her, she said she'd reach out within 48 hours but it's been a week and no call.

My stay was very disappointing. The real issue: my hotel room had bugs. I found a big black roach in my bed. When I reported it, the manager, Stephanie, dismissed my concern saying even she has bugs at home. This was shocking and unacceptable for someone in customer service. She refused any compensation and said “okay” when I mentioned escalating. My vacation and peace of mind were ruined. I am requesting a full refund.

Customer service was good, as expected. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Carpet under the A/C unit was wet, causing concerns of mold.
