Nice Hotel. The place is very nice but it's the people that make you want to return. The front desk manager Nyia does a great job. Sandra makes you feel appreciated every time you visit and breakfast would not be the same without Melissa. Restaurant on site and several others very close by. Very easy on and off the interstate also.

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST HOTEL IN THE CITY. My wife and I are avid On August 9th my wife and I are very avid staycations! We have stayed in almost every hotel around Columbus over the last year or so, and I can say hands down that this is not only the prettiest hotel around but the cleanest and most welcomed we have ever felt, and even on on of our worst night the hotel staff members sandra the receptionist, and frank security guard we more than accommodating, and friendly, they truly made us feel like welcomed friends into this beautiful place. Thank you for all you guys have done 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 DoubleTreeROCKS

Please let the supervisors for Rodriguez, shuttle service, Angel, Housekeeping, and Melissa,restaurant services know they each did an outstanding job in their duties. I will "definitely" be sure to revisit this hotel establishment in the future. I was blown away by their customer service approach to their duties. Please let their supervisors know they all were exemplary in their performances.

My sister and I stayed in adjoining rooms, and we were in town for my father's funeral, so we were a bit stressed. When we checked in our rooms were not ready, but the front desk person was extremely kind, and she refused to give up until she found exactly what we needed. I really want to give kudos, though, to a member of the housekeeping staff, whose name is Angel. She took care of us during our stay, and she was outstanding. She was very sweet and went out of her way to get everything we requested. I felt she was one of the best hotel housekeepers I've ever encountered.

Great Staff and Great Stay
My trip was amazing I truly appreciated all of the staff especially Nia, Daniella, Lee, and everyone who work at the desk and Keisha, and the cleaning crew along with Melissa, who work in the dining but we will not ever forget them along with Marvin, and Michael who was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and great if there is anything as going over and beyond our expectations they did but truth is all the staff was fantastic. Thank you all for being a great part of our stay

Great place!
Very nice and clean. Service was great! Also had a very good location. I wouldn't stay there again anytime. Pricing was reasonable. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard. Test shower I've hat at a hotel! Food was good at the restaurant too.
