The lady I checked in with was very nice n pleasant. But when my daughter was getting her card for the room she gave her name and the lady gave her a hard time, n she was rude. My daughter had to explain n wait which was uncalled for.

Lisa, at the front desk was great! Rooms were good and the hotel staff was nice .. had a small but adequate gym area, a small gazebo along with picnic tables with a grill ... gas station across from parking lot if you happen to need something .. downside, the continental breakfast is nothing to write home about

The hotel was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will start seeking out Microtel hotels in the future when traveling.

I have stayed at Microtel Columbus numerous times and been provided with a great experience each trip! The entire staff have always been welcoming, kind, and helpful with anything you may need. Most importantly, the rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable! Also, a plus, it is close to one of the main expressways to easily access all the amenities Columbus has to offer. I highly suggest booking with Microtel!

We booked through the Wyndham rewards program. This is an inexpensive hotel that is an excellent bargain for the price. The room is very compact, but the beds are comfortable and everything is very neat and pristinely kept. You have all the basics at affordable price. The breakfast includes enough to meet health conscious needs. I would highly recommend if you want the necessities and prioritize a good, quiet nights sleep and an exceptional level of cleanliness.

I drive 11 hours to see my son graduate and I did make accommodations with La Quinta but supposedly they had system problems and it was late at night and they refused to check me in. With a 4 year old I drive and found this hotel and they checked me in with no issues! I appreciate them very much for taking me in, thank you thank you thank you!!

VERY GOOD IN AND SATISFIED WITH THE EMPLOYEES AND VERY ATTENDED TO OUR NEEDS THEY LET US DO BARBEQUE OUTSIDE AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE D THE SORROUNDING ARE VERY CLEAN NO TRASH VERY ORGANIZED THEY HAVE ALSO THIS SMALL (PATEO) SHADE OUTSIDE BY THE BARBEQUE AREA PERFECT FOR US
