Room floor not clean, one underwear was left in the bathroom by previous guess, and not being removed by maid.

That's a very nice hotel with free parking. The space on the first floor is huge with different areas. The room was super cozy with good shower, bed. We liked it there! Also, the breakfasts were okay. It's nice that they have a variety of tea to choose from.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from Amanda and Isaiah. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. A great little quiet getaway, with many amenities for shopping and dining just footsteps away. Professional staff, clean rooms, and a great restaurant/bar right inside the hotel as well!

Not ideal
Pet friendly but the first room we were put into, we couldn’t even walk in it smelled of pet urine so bad. Didn’t have a pet with us. Lesson learned.

Staff was nice and informative. Unfortunately the room smelled like dirty mop water and the floors were dirty but overall still a good stay.
